     For Internet Explorer users, following steps are useful:
  • Open the Tools menu by pressing “Alt-X”.
  • Select “Safety” and click “Delete Browsing History”.
  • Uncheck “Preserve Favorites Website Data”.
  • Select “Temporary Internet Files” and “Cookies” then click “Delete”.
