Update Graphics card driver

Adobe Flash player stops working when a graphics card driver is missing or outdated. You can update the graphics card driver manually or automatically.

To update the driver manually, find the latest driver compatible with your operating system, from the manufacturer's website. Download and install it on your computer.

You can also update the driver automatically using the help of any third-party software.

Uninstall and reinstall Flash Player.

Uninstall the current version of the Adobe Flash player you are using. Now look for the latest version of adobe flash player compatible with your system. Download it and install it. See if the adobe not working issue is still there.


Clear the browser cache.
1. Go to settings from your browser.
2. Click on Advanced.
3. Select Clear browsing data.
4. In the primary tab, select "All time." Make sure to check the box next to "cached images and files." Click on "Clear data."
5. Restart your browser and check if you can play videos or animations or not.
