Check your Proxy Settings

The first thing you can try is, check your network connections for any proxy servers. Open your MacBook’s system preferences and look for any misconfigured settings as they may prevent Safari from launching. Tap the Apple icon at the top left corner of your MacBook’s screen. Click on “System Preferences” and select the “Network” option. Now go to the “Advanced” option and click on “Proxies” to check your configuration.
